    What if I have dairy sensitivities?

    Most people with mild dairy sensitivities tolerate colostrum well because it’s naturally low in casein and lactose, and ours goes through a cold-filtration process to reduce residues. However, since it’s still an animal-derived product, we don’t recommend it for those with severe dairy allergies.

    Is it safe to take colostrum every day?
